Over the course of many months, content may get deleted in the top level site as well as numerous subsites and placed in the Recycle Bin. After some period of time, I would like to schedule an automatic "dump" or "purge" of all content in Recycle Bins across all sites/subsites. Is there a way to accomplish this through SharePoint Administration? Thanks.
