As per i know,there is no way to recover the deleted advertisement ,You will have to create Newly. But if you delete advertisement folder(which has advertisements under it),all will jump to parent advertimsents node. My Blog @ www.eskonr.com

No, there is no way you can restore a deleted advertisement, unless you use SCCM backup and restore. ... and that's not a good idea, because you will loose all objects that were created after the time of the last backup. That might be even more than just one single advertisement.
