Recipient from specific exchange server receives email in plain text
when some recipients sending email from first exchange server to second specific exchange server, the second exchange server receives the email in plain text format. I checked all outlook settings from sender side, and also security settings on recipient side. recipient is plane text even in webmail portal. Please guide me what could be the reason? How could I fix this issue?
