Reasons for null Last Logon User Name values
Hi I frequently include the Last Logon User Name column in SCCM reports I provide for our customer. I've been asked why some records have a null value for this entry so was wondering, aside from broken clients, what could cause a null value to be returned? I think I'm correct in thinking this information is gathered during Heartbeat discovery. Would a null value be returned if no user is logged on when Heartbeat runs or would it pull the last successfully logged on user from WMI? Thanks in advance Stewart
