We are running multiple Farm on multiple servers, all are been configured to use Kerberos authentication. let say Farms are for Development environment, QA environment and Production environment. here single server host single farm, and all servers are in single data center. All Farms and its sites serves two different domains. the problem we face is as described below: Different people experience different problems accessing the environments at the moment, and the access problems vary with time. For example, User1 can’t access DEV, but User2 can!, at the same time User1 can access QA, and others can’t! User2 could access QA but after some time couldn’t! Check your Domain controller connectivity. Since you are using Kerberos authentication, make sure users are able to connect to the DC without any issues. Thanks, Dipanjan
