Downloaded RSAT 10 from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/confirmation.aspx?id=45520 and tried to install it. Nothing gets installed.. Extracted the file and tried installing the update with DISM.exe /Online /Add-Package /PackagePath:C:\WindowsTH-KB2693643-x64.cab.  Get the following:

Anyone any idea?

Hi

You need to have the EN-US Language pack installed on the machine / image.

It does not have to be the default language or the display or input language it just needs to be present.

This is the same for  all the previous RSAT tools as well.
