RRAS - Can't Configure Ports on SBS 2011 (2008 R2)

Hello,

I'm trying to configure a VPN Server in a Small Business Server 2011 (2008 R2), like I already did a couple of times successfuly in the past (in different boxes), but this time I'm getting a weird problem.

When I first Configured Routing and Remote Access service, picking "Custom" and then "VPN Server", I got a warning stating:

"Remote Access Service is unable to enable Routing and Remote Access for the probable reason like: unable to open ports for Routing and Remote in Windows Firewall service."

After, in Ports, everything is empty, and the "Configure" button is grayed out:

Things I tried without success:

- Disable all firewall states and reconfigure RRAS;
- Reinstall Network Policy and Access Services;
- Disable Anti-Virus (Panda) in the server;

The Ports on the LAN Router are already configured and forwarded to the server's IP.

Any ideas?

Thanks on advance,

Hi,

Please check if there is any warning or error in the event viewer of the RRAS server.

Also, have you try to run sfc /scannow to check if any system file is corrupt.

Best Regards.
