RMS setting / Permission to a file uploaded in a File Library in SharePoint

Hi,

If I made RMS setting / Permission to a file and uploaded it in a File Library in SharePoint with its own RMS setting, which setting will be inherited by the file?

SharePoint removes RMS protection on placement into the library.  The SharePoint Document Library RMS setting would apply.
