Hi,

I need straight forward steps to search text in Documents in a site (MyDocuments) in SharePoint online (Office 365).

https://mydomain.sharepoint.com/_api/search/query?querytext=.................

Please note the site MyDocuments contain the files in which the text has to be searched. The result should be in JSON format.

If any WebID or GUID is needed - please specify how this can be obtained. Please note we are not SharePoint experts and need a simple REST API to access and display files which match the text search query.

I can login using REST to SharePoint online (this step is NOT needed).
