Hi, Do you mean to say, you are getting 5 records from backend and you want show 20 records in table / matrix, 5 filled and 15 blank? If this true then I am afraid that we can not add empty rows at report level, it only shows number of records which comes from backend. Are you using SQL Server as back end? Please help on this. I have to design out a form type reporting. Total 15 rows have been fixed on this form. But my record only have 5 record. Each row have 1 record, how i remain 10 row as blank if i using tablix.

What do the rows look like if they are blank? You can add rows to the group outside of your details. You add 15 rows. You set the row visibility on the first group row: = CountRows() > 0 Then each row after that increases by one. The report format is 20 row with line. If my record only have 3 data then only first to third row filled data, then the rest of the row is blank.
