is it possible to give a user rc.exe functionality without installing the whole SCCM console? Is the below mentioned tool is an alternative for RC.exe with console? Where can we get the tool from Ron Crumbaker? I saw a post on his blog (Web Essentials aka Web Remote Tools v4) but there wasn't any download.
