Quick Search of Parameter dropdown
Within Visual Studio you are able to click A and it will take you to all things that start with A withing your dropdown. But when the report is posted to SharePoint this does not happen anymore, so it is causing the user to have to scroll through a large list. Is there a way to do this within SharePoint. Any help would be appreciated. Thank youThomas Chovanec

You could create Views for A, B etc. for that column/field These would then appear as alternatives in the View dropdown.SP 2010 "FAQ" (mainly useful links): http://wssv4faq.mindsharp.com/default.aspx WSS3/MOSS FAQ (FAQ and Links) http://wssv3faq.mindsharp.com/default.aspx Both also have links to extensive book lists and to (free) on-line chapters

The lists are not actually within SharePoint. They are parameter dropdowns for running reports.Thomas Chovanec
