Query to display machines running the old SCCM Client
Hello,Does anyone know a query which will display machines running the old SCCM Client (old meaning SP1 or earlier)?I recently upgraded my Site to SCCM SP2.And although most machines upgraded the client version successfully, some machines didn't.I would like to know if someone can give me a query which will display these machines, then I can create a collection based on that query, and begin targeting the collection with the new SP2 SCCM client thru Software Distribution. Thanks,Systems Admin

Hi,I can't test it for you but I think this one will work:select SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceID,SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceType,SMS_R_SYSTEM.Name,SMS_R_SYSTEM.SMSUniqueIdentifier,SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceDomainORWorkgroup,SMS_R_SYSTEM.Client from SMS_R_System where SMS_R_System.ClientVersion = "4.00.6425.2000"Follow me through my blog and Twitter!

Thanks for responding.I had to change the query to "less than", but once I did that, it worked fine.Thanks.Systems Admin

I mostly deploy like a normal package. You can create one with the built in definition file.Follow me through my blog and Twitter!
