Quarantine Active Sync Devices

Hi,

I have set up quarantine activesync devices in my Exchange 2010 organization. And I have a problem that I can't suppose how to deal with.

I have set up the message to send to the people which device is quarantined. The operating system and the Exchange server software itself are installed in English. The regional settings of the server are configured only with English language. But when a user tries to attach his device to the Exchange, he receives a notification telling that the device has to be aproved by an administrator, but that message is received in Spanish.

How and where have I to change that? I need that all users receive that notification in English!

Thanks.

Is that happening for all users?

Are you in a Spanish speaking location or sourcing the devices from a Spanish speaking mobile phone operator?

Hi,

Please ensure the language for mobile device, the language for ABQ notification might be basis on it.

I find an article about Provisioning, Policies, Remote Wipe, and ABQ in Exchange ActiveSync, for your reference:

Since this issue is related to ActiveSync, I recommend contact Mobility and ActiveSync Forum so that you can get more professional suggestion. For your convenience: https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/exchange/en-US/home?forum=exchangesvrmobility&filter=alltypes&sort=lastpostdesc
