Hi Vministrator,
Word and Excel uses current Windows identity which may different with the current account used in SharePoint site.
If it is true, it may cause your issue as the two account may have different permission on SharePoint sites.
Could you please clarify that they are the same account?

Hi Vministrator,
First, I would like to confirm the steps you publish the documents, Here is my steps to publish a Word document with Office 2007 to SharePoint site:
1.
Open a Word document in my local.
2.
Click
Office Button, chick Publish >
Document Management Server.
3.
In the
File Name textbox, type http://yoursite/ and click
Save.
4.
Save as Dialog refreshes and list all the libraries that can be saved.
I captured a Fiddler trace during the step, I found that, the save as dialog displays the information returned from “http://yoursite/_vti_bin/owssvr.dll?dialogview=FileSave&FileDialogFilterValue=*.docx&location=”
.
Could you please simply access the URL and see if the results would list all of your document libraries and subsites?
If not, could you please let me which kind of document was missing?
If possible, could you please upload a
Fiddler trace to the following workspace?

> Could you please let me know how is going with your issue?
Standard forum behavior is NOT to ask for feedback from the person who posted a question on whether an earlier answer helped.
If the person gives feedback it is good, but normal forum behavior is not to post replies that do nothing more than ask for feedback on whether something worked or not.
If everyone who posted a reply in a forum posted a message asking for feedback like this, the forums would be swamped with messages that in themselves were not helpful in solving the problem.

P.S. If you are asking this as part of a question from someone who is using the MSDN or TechNet subscription support option, please make this clear in your post. Otherwise this kind of post from a Moderator will encourage other posters in the forums to post
replies asking for feedback from the OP.
