Hi,

Our client dont want to upload multiple categories of documents in multiple document libraries in SharePoint 2013 online (Office 365 E3) and want one single location to upload all the documents and manage contents.

So that admin dont need to search libraries and list to publish documents and contents and manage all the action from a single location.

So, we are planning to leverage Content Organize features to implement this.

Any experience, information, challenges, codes about this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Did you want to store all the documents in one library?

I recommend to create workflow to move the documents uploaded to different libraries to Drop Off library and then set Content Organizer rules to route documents to the destination library.

You can create reusable workflow which associated with the Documents content type and then set the workflow to start when an item is created.
