Publish Sharepoint Foundation Server to Internet
Hi guys, first of all I don't want exactly to publish SPF server to Internet, but place it in DMZ and make available from Internet. So I won't have any dedicated web server, only one server with MSSQL and SPF on it. Is there any practices to make it more secure? So far I'm only came up with form authentication... Any ideas or links are highly appreciated!

Hi, to make it more secure, use ISA server or TMG 2010. Cheers,Daniel Bugday Web: SharePoint Forum Blog: SharePoint By Bugday

Hi, you can use these articles to secure your servers http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff648653.aspx http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc262849.aspx also if it's applicable try to move the SQL database server to another dedicated server

Yes, I'm going to use ISA server to translate http port to SPF server. But still I'm not sure if it is safe to make a web service on a single server (without front end I mean)...
