I have created Outbound sync rule and users in FIM portal. When i check user provisioning tab, i don't see any rule as Expected rule as stated below. "To verify, whether the user is in the scope of the synchronization rule, open the user’s property page and review the Expected Rules List attribute in the Provisioning tab. The Expected Rules List attribute should list the AD User Outbound Synchronization Rule." How can i add user to AD user Outbound sync rule to provision into AD? Tek-Nerd

In addition to the outbound sync rule - workflows, MPR's and sets need to be configured in order to do actual provisioning. Here's a link on Technet that gives an example.
