I have 14 Exchange 2010 servers in a DAG 24 databases I want to be able to provision using FIM 2010 using some form of round robin over the databases. i.e mailboxes spread across the databases Any advice?

You need to do the logic for the "next" database somewhere. You could do this in the Portal but you probably need a custom workflow for this. I've actually done this at a customer, but using my PowerShell MA instead the ADMA Exchange provisioning.
