Dear All, I get a problem to provision user in FIM to ADDS. When FIM synchronize, the user successfully created in ADDS, but with wrong display name. In outbound rules, I create rule for source: custom expression CN=",displayName,",OU=FIMObject,DC=Fabrikam,DC=COM and destination: dn. for example, I create new user in FIM with displayName: Endrik, but it's appear 'displayName' in ADDS. Please tell me what the wrong configuration. Regards, Endrik

Dear Markus, Before on the source, I select CustomExpression, but the not valid for +("CN....) you mention that : +("CN=",displayName,",OU=FIMObjects,DC=fabrikam,DC=com") as not a string constant - it is a function "+" means that you have to concatenate the string "CN=" with the attribute displayName and the string "OU=FIMObjects,DC=fabrikam,DC=com". on the source, I select Function on the drop down list, and then I get confused what I must select. You should not select function: To set the DN attribute flow, perform the following steps: To open the Flow Definition dialog box, click New Attribute Flow. On the Source tab, in the attributes list, select String, and then in the associated text box, type CN=. Click Concatenate Value. In the attributes list, select displayName Click Concatenate Value. In the attributes list, select String. In the text box, type ,OU=FIMObjects,DC=Fabrikam,DC=com. On the Destination tab, in the attributes list, select dn.
