I wasn't getting the alert for this so I appologize for the problem. The problem you see in the logs is a bad one. You can confirm that boundary exists in the database on the Central and Primary site but I don't recommend you modifying the database. The problem might be that the site didn't update in the databases, very easily found in the ADRoamingSite boundary table. There should be an entry for the boundary and one for the protected site listing. We had the same problem and had to contact premier. After working with them the solution would require an outage for the entire Hiearchy, which we couldn't afford, we did an alternate fix with the database. I don't want to give the solution because this is a big problem and you should contact premier. I am sure you have several hundred files backlogged in your HMAN inbox that is several days old!! It might catch up in time and appear or it might never update. We implemented a different change that allowed the boundaries to appear in the list and console but still the backlog occurs and creates problems on the site.
