Hi All.

We are experiencing an issue that the OoO times from exchange is not synced with project resource.

I have enabled the out of office sync feature in "sharepoint central administration" and also enabled a few resources for the OoO Sync.

Now when i'm assigning a task to a resource which shouldn't be available i cannot see that this resource is not available.

Is there anything else needing to be configured to get this working?

also "time reporting periods" are configured.

but no luck so far.

Does somebody know if there is additional configuration required for getting free/busy times from exchange server?

e.g. a service account needing an exchange mailbox enabled to get the free/busy times ?
