Hi All We are using the Out Of Box SharePoint Colleagues Webpart in our Application. While implementation a strange behavior by Colleagues webpart (OOB share point) been observed. Although the user has not added any colleagues to its profile still few default colleagues get added up to the user's profile colleague’s collection and get displayed in the colleague’s webpart. We tried by removing these default added colleagues explicitly before MySite gets created using features and timer job. The problem occurs with existing user having MySite already created and colleagues added up by the user. If new User has been added with similar properties like manager etc. this users get added up to the existing user colleague’s collection. We are now unable to distinguish between the default added colleague and User added colleague in the user profile colleagues collection [so that we can delete the default added colleagues from existing profile with MySite created]. If there is a way we can identify the Sahre point default added colleagues and user added colleagues or any property in Colleagues manger kindly share with us.If any one has faced similar issue and can provide us some suggestion to resolve, it will be really helpful to us.
