Hello,

we have proclarity analytical server 6.3 SP3 installed on 2 webfront servers with performance point 2007 and sharepoint 2007 in distributed enviroment , both instances use the same DB and have the same configrations.

we have created some proclarity reports and we using these report in perfromance point proclarity reports that are deployed to sharepoint ,the dashboard working very well locally, but when we access it using load balance name it working some times and sometimes it gives error (404 - File or directory not found) or Your request could not be completed when we try to drill down.

Please any one could help me??

 I´m try to look a solution on the forums but i can´t find any solution, i think that it could be the cache, I tried to disable it but it didn't solve the issue.
