Hi,I have MOSS 2007 and i can acces the sharepoint from the internet. There are 2 login methods (FBA and ISA). When i connect to the sharepoint accros the internet en try to open a .docx file, Word will open but not the document but for isa i get something like cookieAuth.dll and for FBA i get login.aspx with an error ("Word cannot open the existing file. (Normal.dotm)). I have no idea what the problem is and have no idea what to type in google :) . Thx

From the .dotm file that is attempted to be opened, the document in question appears to have Macros enabled. If you are NOT using macros, disable them in the source document and re-upload it to SharePoint. If you are in fact using macros, you'll need to tweak your browser security settings. Browsers generally won't allow macros to be executed or downloaded because they pose a security risk so you'd need to explicitly allow that functionality for the given document to open properly.I trust that answers your question...ThanksChttp://www.cjvandyk.com/blog
