We've just made a migration of portal from sharepoint 2007 to 2010 in our company. With 2007 there were no problems with PublishingSite feature. But after migration this PublishingSite feature doesn't activate and logs an error "One or more field types are not installed properly". That happens on site collections and particular sites. Content types for publishing doesn't get created either. What could be the problem? Thanks!

Hi, Check if you have activated the publishing infrastructure feature or not. If yes then deactivate it and activate it again and then try activating the publishing feature. I hope this will help you out.Thanks, Rahul Rashu
