I have both architectures.
It's Works fine with New PCs and PCs that are out of the domain without the SCCM Client.
But when i try to run in a PC that is already in the domain with the SCCM client installed it doesn't starts, it's starts fine but when it connect to the SCCM server to look for the boot image it's only abort the process.
What exactly say i don't have it right now but is something like.
Architecture x64
....(Message)...
IP of SCCM
SMS\pxeimage\pxeabort.exe
Aborting.

Just have a look at this guide for more info about PXE boot issues:
http://blogs.technet.com/b/system_center_configuration_manager_operating_system_deployment_support_blog/archive/2011/10/14/troubleshooting-the-pxe-service-point-and-wds-in-configuration-manager-2007.aspx
Because you mentioned it's running fine with new PCs and PCs that are out of the domain without the SCCM Client, it may be possible that you have obsolete objects on the ones which has already a ConfigMgr client. That way no new deployments will be possible
as long as the obsolete object exists.
More info about that here:

Sometimes restarting the WDS service will also do the trick! My blogs: Henk's blog and
