Problems creating a pfx certificate profile.

I am looking for some steps to do this.... only thing I have found is this https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/mt131410.aspx but my SCCM console does not give me the option to import the PFX file in step 5 and it is a little light on the process for the SDK script. If anyone has any pointers here that would be great.

Ultimately I am trying to get a user certificate to iPADs so that they can connect to EAP-TLS WiFi using this user cert...... it is proving to be a challenge.
