Were the users given domain accounts? What happens when they try to access SharePoint? Are they seeing SharePoint error messages, or IIS error messages?SharePoint MVP | Developer | Administrator | Speaker-- Twitter -- Blog - http://nextconnect.blogspot.com

Yes users have domain account. When uses are outside our network with home pc are not able to talk to SharePoint saying that page not found. But if you take company laptop and try from outside it works fine.

MOSS 2007 Enterprise Single server Installation. SQL 2005 DB on SharePoint Server, inside network address translated to the outside. Default Authentication. Users will access to site from outside network home PC.

Sounds to me like DNS for the site is not published outside of the corporate network. Make sure that when the user is at home they can go to a command promp and type:Ping site_url(1st make sure that the ping port is open)and get a resonse. If the name can't be resolved, then you have a dns issue. Since the work laptops can connect, I would guess that they have the IP cached. You could also try telneting to to the SharePoint url:telnet site_url 80I hope this helps and answers your question-Jeff DeVerter, MCSERackspaceblog:http://www.social-point.comtwitter: http://www.twitter.com/jdeverter
