I'd appreciate if you could help me with the problem that I'm experiencing with the secondary site.

The primary site runs on Windows 2012 and it's SCCM 2012 R2 CU4 and the secondary site runs on Windows 2012 R2 server.

All components are green and the communication between sites is OK (I think). If I create a new package or OS image on the primary and distribute it to the secondary site it gets transmitted without any problems. Database replication is fine too -- all steps are green if I run Replication Link Analyzer.

I can also deploy operating systems from the secondary site network by booting over PXE -- all images/packages (boot and OS) are indeed downloaded from the secondary site.

What I can't get working is CCM clients installed on the computers in the secondary site network. Actually, they are installed fine but I can't seem to get deployed software appearing in the CCM client.

I can push the client installation from the Configuration Manager, it gets installed but all components have "Installed" status (Software Distribution Agent is the only component with Enabled status).

Under Actions tab I can only see two actions: "Machine Policy Retrieval & Evaluation Cycle" and "User Policy Retrieval & Evaluation Cycle".

Under General tab:

Assigned management point: FQDN of my primary site
Proxy management point: FQDN of my secondary site
Resident management point: FQDN of my secondary site
Site code: SMS:PRIM (where PRIM is my primary site code)

The following boundaries are defined for the secondary site:

IP address range: /24 network of the secondary site network (Site system is set to FQDN of my secondary site)
Active Directory site: (Site system is set to FQDN of my secondary site)

There is also a Boundary group defined, which combines both boundaries. Under References tab, "Site assignment" is not checked and "Site system servers" is set to FQDN of my secondary site and relevant site code.

It sounds like the client is not registered. How is the client installed and what do you see in the client log files (for example: ClientIDManagerStartup.log)?

There is client push configured for the secondary site with Domain Administrator account and SMSSITECODE=PRIM SMSCACHESIZE=7680 as installation properties.

I don't see any errors in ClientIDManagerStartup.log either. Here is the latest one (from yesterday):
