in our company the most projects use 2 calendars: 1-standard (8 hours/day) 2-12 hours/day
now we are going to use time sheet (single entry mode) to capture actual works for tasks. now we have several problems with planned work of tasks which have a 12 hours calendar. because of that we decided to consider all tasks with 12 hours as a sub-project and change project calendar for sub-projects and then change the default values in "Project Option" to these: Hours per day:12 , Hours per week:84, Days per month:30
anyway planned work of tasks are correctly distributed. (any alternative solutions to do this would be appreciated)
now we have problem with actual works which are being captured by time sheet
when time sheet managers approve resources time sheets, actual works for sub-projects are correctly published but activities for master projects are not published
resources entered actual works for "SS3" and time sheet manager approved it. but it'not published????
