Problem with printers in Terminal Server

Hi,

I have a Terminal Server under Windows 2003 R2 with last SP and updates.

Since one week, I have a problem: when a user closes his session, his printers doesn't disconnect, so the next time he connects to the terminal server, another printer is mapped, so the users end with dozens of printers and have printer problems.

I have installed the User Hive Cleanup service, but it has only make the things worst: now, the users needs hours to close their sessions.

I have googled for hours, and I haven't found any solution. What can I do to diagnose/solve this problem? It is something that didn't happen two weeks ago, and we haven't installed anything else in the server.

Thank you

Nothing related to printers, till yesterday. Yesterday, I didn't come to work, but today I have look at the Event Viewer and there are many events of purging printers, so it appears that the UPH Clean Service is working. But, with a Terminal Server administrator session, if I close the session, I take long time to finish. I have closed session 5 minutes ago, and I still see the closing session message.

I will wait to see how much it lasts.
