I have document library with .docx and xlsx files. I also have a group of user which have acces to this files but they can't perform any operation on them (delete, edit) thay can only upload this files. Also this group of users don't have permissions : - Use Remote Interfaces - Use SOAP, Web DAV, or SharePoint Designer interfaces to access the Web site and - Use Client Integration Features - Use features which launch client applications. Without this permission, users will have to work on documents locally and upload their changes So thay only should have possibilty to dowload this files. But when user clicks on the file he have an option (open or save). And if he choose "open" a login window appear. If this window is closed, everything is working fine, but i the user try to authenticate using login window, the server error apear. Now this window with error is closed, file is opened correct. How to configurate sharepoint, to not show this login window during opennig the file?
