Hi. I have the following problem with Outlook Extension: When users try to add members to Distribution Groups with Outlook Extension, it does not work. However, if they do this in Portal, it works well. Then FIM sends an email to the owner and the owner can approve it via Outlook (and this steps works with Outlook) Any ideas what could be wrong?

(which come from this trouble-shooting document: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff608271(WS.10).aspx) Scenario: Exchange does not process group management requests The FIM Service can process approval responses from Outlook but cannot process any group management requests. The Application log does not contain errors with Event ID 12. Resolution Ensure that FIM is configured to actively poll exchange for Group Management Requests. Verify that the following registry value is set to 1: SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\FIMService\PollExchangeEnabled If the registry value is 0, then you must restart the service in order for the change to take effect
