Problem with OWA and exchange 2007
When i browse to my OWA server I receive the following error

Exchange Active Directory Topology Service on server localhost cannot be contacted via RPC interface. Error 0x6D9.

HI,

Per my knowledge this issues may be happen when Outlook web access cannot access Updated configuration data from active directory. To solve this issue fallow Microsoft support KB article.

Event ID 64 is logged in the Application log on the Exchange 2007 server, and you receive the following error message when you try to access Outlook Web Access: "Outlook Web Access did not initialize"

Hi,

1. Please check if MS Exchange AD Topology service is running. If not, then please start it and then check the issue again.

2. Please try to run get-exchangeserver servername status |fl to check if it has statiicdomaincontrollers ,staticGlobalcatalogs.

3. Please try to check event log and then post the detail error information here for further troubleshooting.

I have this problem and cannot use Microsoft exchange, but the explanations above require a deepper understanding of your computer, which I do not have.

Could someone in simple word tell me what steps I do need to take?

There is the guidance of Xiu, but I caannot find those anywhere, so please explain it in simple stepd
