Problem with DateTime fields in user profile.
Active directory has correct datetime for the startdate(3/22/2011). but when we sync to sharepoint it shows one day off (3/21/2011). Hi Raj-CV, According to your description, the most likely scenario is that the time zone is normalized to UTC by applying an offset. You can refer to this article and try the solution there, to see if this could solve the issue: http://www.shillier.com/archive/2010/09/01/why-are-my-date-fields-wrong-in-business-connectivity-servces.aspx. Also you can go through this blog, it is about how to set Date Time Field to the current time: http://www.mtelligent.com/journal/2007/9/29/sharepoint-2007-custom-date-time-field-to-default-the-time-t.html. Hi Peng Lei, Thanks for replying. the problem is not with bcs. Problem is in user profiles. for example we have startdate for employee. startdate is showing correct date in active directory but when i see in sharepoint user profile the employee start date shows one day off. This is happening in sharepoint 2010 only we are in the process of migration from moss 2007 to sharepoint 2010. In moss 2007 which is out current production environment is perfect everthings shows correct. Regards, Rajkumar
