I am running Windows 8.1 I am downloading windows 10. but the notification alerted that Download- In Progress. It took almost an entire day on this same screen but the phrase still appears the same, nothing changes or moves. then I clicked on "View Download Progress" then it appears that " there was problem of checking updates: Errors found Code 80072EE2 Windows update ran into problem. Get help with error. I tried many times to seek for help but the result still the same. what to do with this?

Can anyone tell me why? how to do with this problem.?
