Hi I am getting following error while running SharePoint product configuration wizard What i did was I first uninstall the sql server and Sharepoint server then i install sql server then patches then SharePoint Server Server was installed successfullly but while configuring it is giving following error PLZ give some help Thanks in advance!! Hi Pratik, On 2nd step of configuration out of 10 it is saying some fatel error occured please see the log and in log info is like above

AS per my knowledge In Step 2 SharePoint tries to establish connection to SQL server. Please make sure SQL connection is running fine. Hi Pratik, The real proble was the DB instance of SharePoint. When I uninstall SP it was not removed and was causing prob. I manually deleted the instance and now SP configured fine and running well
