Hi, I am working on report using SSRS 2008 R2. I am getting problem at the time of rendering format word. File is saved with Extension *.doc. It has N number of column generated by column grouping. There is tablix page break property checked. I debugged it and found that after executing report when report body has more width of table then it is not fit into single page of word format. I am able to see all data in Web Layout of word but not in print Layout. I dont get reason why this all data is not displayed at single page. Due to this sometime system goes to hang state or very slow. Please, Provide me solution if anyone have any idea. Is this probmen due to Word limitation ? Let me know if you need more clarification. Hi Vir14, The total width of Body, Left margin and Right margin must be less than or equal to Page width when exporting reports. Otherwise, some content of the report will go to another page, or extra blank page will occur. In your scenario, you could preview your report in print layout format to see if the table width is greater than the page width or not. And then adjust the width of the body to make sure that its less than the page width. In this case, all the data will display at single page when you it in word format.
