I recently installed Microsoft SQL Server and I believe the conflict started at the time that SQL Server was installed. I had SQL Server Express installed and I do not believe that caused a problem. I have been using Netbeans and XAMPP to handle Apache and MySQL for web page development work. The problem that developed was that port 80 (used by Apache) developed a port conflict. I don't know what I did but the problem went away, but then came back when SQL Server was used. Is there any way to determine which ports SQL Server is using, and how can I change it? I have tried adjusting the ports in XAMPP to no avail.

Yes you can determine it via TSQL and GUI as well.
