I talked with a Lexmark support technician on Saturday and after he tried for an hour and a half he was not able to get my printer to work, I was told to call you and let you know that my computer is showing error system code 1721 and that Microsoft Corporation was only one that could fix the problem or at least let me know what the error code is so that I tell it to the lexmark Corporation.
