Hi All, I am displaying SSRS 2008 R2 reports in SharePoint 2010 by using sql server reporting services report viewer web part. Print option is not available in Mozilla Firefox and Safari. Is Microsoft is release any Hotfix/CU is available to fix this problem or any alternative way to provide print options for these two browsers? Regards, Mandava

Hi mandava, In Reporting Services, you use a Web browser to view reports and run Report Manager. Not all report functionality is supported by all browsers. Here is an official article describes the browser requirements for Report Manager, Report Viewer, feature availability for the supported browsers, authentication requirements, and script requirements: http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms156511.aspx It is an activex control issue.So far, there isn't a Hotfix/CU to fix the problem.
