Primary site has DPs with Failover cluster node -Not able to upgrade to SCCM 2012 R2 SP1

Hi

We are planning to upgrade our Primary -SCCM 2012 R2 CU3 server. However primary site has DPs with Failover cluster node. So SCCM 2012 R2 SP1 setup has failed at prerequisite check.

Is there any way to upgrade Primary Site  with DPs part of Failover Cluster node?

Site server and DP are NOT supported on clusters. So there is no getting around this error.

But SCCM 2012 R2 has supported the installation of DP on one of the cluster node.Fails for upgrade.

Just because it initially worked does not make it supported.
