Hi, I have an ASP.net MVC app which is calling the SSRS web service to retrieve a report as a PDF. This works perfectly, except for the first time someone requests the file in the morning after which I get a 404. Run the report a second time and everything is fine for the rest of the day. I assume this is because the SSRS web service has stopped/is idling? Can anyone advise how to keep the service alive or change timeouts? Many thanks Phil
