Power Query Syntax to Remove Records which exist in 2nd Table

I have a base query which holds a couple hundred thousand records of Fact data for my pivot (fact).  I have a list of buildings which I need to exclude from (fact) for a few different reasons (anomalies).  The process that I am currently using is to Merge the two lists, expand the (anomalies) column, then filter them out based on not null.

Just curious if the product team (or other power user) has a better way??

Thanks!
