When I connect to a Windows 7 client using PolicySpy and Request Machine Assignments (from PolicySpy or from the client itself), no events show up like they do when connected to a Windows XP client. Windows Firewall is off and Remote Registry service is running and the SCCM client is functioning normally, receiving and executing advertisements as expected. Has anyone else had this problem?

Did you check PolicyAgent.log file?

Yes, I checked PolicyAgent.log, and it looks ok. The Windows 7 clients are getting polices correctly and otherwise behaving fine just like the Windows XP clients. The only issue is I can't see the events when I use PolicySpy when connected to a Windows 7 client. I know I'll need to use this in the future for troubleshooting other issues as we get more Windows 7 clients.Have you been able to see the events using PolicySpy connected to a Windows 7 client?

I found some Windows 7 clients that PolicySpy works ok with, so there must some other issue, so I am closing this question.
