Plug in speakers not working with Windows 10
My plug in Logitech Z-5500 speakers are not working with Windows 10. Also, my Bose Companion II Series II Multimedia Speakers system is not working either. Neither speakers require that software be installed to work. Both are plug-in type speakers. Please
provide a solution.

Hi LJHenry,
Thank you for your question.
By this issue, we suggest you contact the vendor of speaker to make sure if it was caused by the compatibility, if not, install the lasted driver to check if the issue persist.
We could change this speaker to Windows 7 or 8 to check if it worked.
Then run SFC /ScanNow in CMD to check if the issue persist.
If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.
Best Regard,
Jim
