If the above method does not work, then you can try third-party Access data recovery tools, such as DataNumen Access Repair at:
http://www.datanumen.com/access-repair/
I have used the tool in the past and it helps recovering some valuable data for me. The tool has a free demo so that you can try before you buy.
If you prefer to use a service instead of a product, then you can use Everything access data recovery service at:
http://www.everythingaccess.com/
I know Wayne in person and he will only charge you if you are satisfied with the recovery result.
Good luck!

You can try to Compact and Repair your corrupt database. This is the very first solution you must try. If it doesn't work, this means the database is severely corrupted and can't be fixed by MS Access. In such situation you can use some third-party MS Access repair or recovery software. If you are looking for an effective and relevant solution, I will suggest you to use Recovery Toolbox for Access. It will resolve any type of corruption error from your database file and restore your maximum possible data to a new database file. Download its free demo version to see preview of recovered data: http://www.access.recoverytoolbox.com/

in the meantime, when an Access database file is corrupt or damaged, then you can try several methods to repair and recover data from it:
1. First of all, try compact & repair.
2. Create a new blank database and import all the database objects into the new database. After moving the database, drop the problem database and rename the new database. It should get database back to normal.
If nothing work, then you may try third party Microsoft certified partner's products like Stellar Phoenix Access database repair. It supports MS Access 2013, 2010, 2007, 2003, 2002, & 2000.
