I'm trying to figure out a way to only receive notifications to our phones about un-pingable servers. The problems lies in that the servers we are monitoring are also SQL Servers. Is SCOM by default and all or nothing notificaiton system? By this I mean anything deemed "critical" such as a computer that can not be reached or an SQL Job that failed is sent to our phones. How can we limit what messages are sent based on the monitor?

I think I may of answered my own question. I'd create a subscription for the monitor "heartbeat". Duh
