Was trying to submit a support request to re-activate my Azure subscription but failed. It showed an inactivate subscription and therefore didn't allow me to create a request. Anyone has a Microsoft Billing number that I can call?

You may try this number - 91-80-40103000 or contact customer care using the  contact list and  Global Customer Service phone numbers. The customer care will create a support ticket on your behalf and thereafter your query will be addressed by our engineer from billing dept. Here are the links:

They only take calls for new orders and new revenue streams. If you need help with an existing problem, that doesn't bring in a new revenue stream, so they don't care. Just go to AWS and you will have real customer support
